This six week cross training class led by Tim Gallagher is here to push you to your own limit. Excercises vary from class to class to give you just what you need to start your day. GUARANTEED RESULTS (or your money back).

Class includes (but not limited to):
Boxing drills, circuit training, running, indoor & outdoor cycling, swimming, calisthenics, jump rope, agility drills, an outdoor obstacle course and anything else needed to motivate and push the group. Individuals will only be pushed to their own limits.

Boxing Conditioning

Ski Conditioning - With Dee

Held each year beginning in the fall!

Get your ski legs back before the snow falls. Reduce your chance of injury on the slopes this year by starting the season with strong legs, gluts, core and cardiovascular fitness.

Half Dome Conditioning & Hike:

If you have ever wanted to climb half dome, now is the perfect time! Sonora Sports & Fitness Center is making it easy by providing the conditioning training, transportation, and park entrance fee - all you have to do is add the desire to reach the goal.

6 week program includes:

  • 6 week conditioning with Tim Gallager
  • Transportation to and from Yosemite Park
  • Hiking Half Dome (approximately 17 miles)
  • Barbeque Dinner following the hike (Dinner consists of Diestel Turkey Tenderloin &/or Sausage, Garlic Bread, Corn on the Cob, Grandma Orbies famous beans, Green Salad, and Dessert. Refreshments include water, sodas, and adult beverages)

COST: $165

  • Cost includes 100 oz hydration pack, transportation to Yosemite Park, park entrance fees

Please note that already having a fitness base is recommended for this class. This class is not geared towards individuals who are just beginning an exercise program.

With Kettlebells you will receive a low-impact, power-filled, strength-building workout - AND see a noticeable change in your body. A kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannon ball with a handle. Kettlebells offer all-around fitness -- and no single other tool does it better. Here is a short list of hardware the Russian kettlebell replaces: barbells, dumbbells, belts for weighted pullups and dips, thick bars, lever bars, medicine balls, grip devices, and cardio equipment. Kettlebells are used by all types of athletes from football players, cyclists, power lifters, ballerinas, swimmers, and more. So whether you are an athlete looking to improve performance and strength, or if you are simply looking for a way to spice up your workout, KETTLEBELLS ARE FOR YOU!


Intro to Spin: Second Tuesday of the Month

If you have even the slightest interest in what spinning is, or you are looking for a new and different way to work out, this class is for you! Beginning spinners who want to know how to set up a spin bike, want to see what spinning is all about can do so in this no pressure class. Tom takes you through body and bike positioning as well as spin terms. Spinning is an excellent low-impact, cardiovascular workout. Come check it out!  You'll be glad you did.

Bikini Body Workout - With Lauren
